This message will appear when any item in the system is not properly checked-in (saved).
The system allows of multiple admins for the same company to access parts of the back office at the same time. When an admin opens an item like Private tours, Cars, Orders etc. to edit the item is checked-out (locked) which means that no one else can edit the item until it's checked-in (saved by the admin editing it).
If you open an item and don't Save it for any reason - go to another page without Saving, close browser window, lose internet connection etc., then the system will leave the item Checked-out (locked). Next time you come back to this section you will see a padlock icon in front of the item in items list view. You can easily fix this (unlock the item) by selecting the checkbox in front and clicking on CHECK-IN (unlock) button in the top toolbar.
Now you will be able to Edit the item again. Don't forget to Save your work after you have finished editing. Add a comment

There are 2 ways to set different prices for special periods like Christmas and Easter:
- You can use Recurring block-offs in car management to block off a specific car for that period, copy the car, and block off the other period of the year. This way you will have 1 car available with different prices for your selected periods. You can read more about Block-offs here: https://booking.drivenot.com/en/knowledge-base/98-how-to-block-availability-of-a-car-on-a-certain-date
- You can use Tariffs and create a special tariff for that price increase, then assign the tariff to your selected Cars. You can read more about using Tariffs here: https://booking.drivenot.com/en/documentation/46-tariffs
You can change the price of your Fixed fares in batches.
1. Select the routes that you would like to change and click on the Batch price change button in the top toolbar.
2. Select the Increase or Decrease option and then By % or By value. Type in the amount and click the "Submit" button. The selected Fixed fare routes will be increased/decreased by the value you have typed.

Note: If the Separate prices for each car in the Fixed fare route screen is set to "Yes", then all prices for all cars will be increased/decreased by the value. It is best that you use % if you change multiple car prices at once.
The change in price cannot be reversed, and you will have to use the opposite increase/decrease function to change the price again. Add a comment
