#1467 – Fixed Fares

How do I get to show an option on "Orders" to select a fixed fare?

there are several things that you need to do to offer Fixed rares.

Hello
Thanks. I know all this, how to create fixed fares and how to manage zones etc.
I have several already in the system.
I just cant see how I can find these when making a New Order through the back end.
The only options I am getting are address or POI. Not Fixed fare.
I am asking how I can get this option to appear on the back end New order form.

Hi Nicholas,
I see now, you are referring to back office > New order.
You don't have to select the fixed route, just type in the addresses or chose the POIs for Pick up and Drop off, if there is a Fixed fare route created that matches your selected journey the system will automatically show that.
Fixed fare routes take priority to address search if they exist.
