Hello, I'm still having issues where the amount charge is not carrying over to PayPal. Prepay amount is set to 100%, all other settings normal. Please advise as we are paying for this service however there's no way for us to collect payment by our clients.

at PayPal payment method you have set Currency conversion: Yes but currency index below is 0, this means that any amount as Total will be multiplied by 0 and the result is always 0 (sent to PayPal).
If your website currency is $USD you don't need to have Currency conversion. It is only necessary if website currency is not one of PayPal's accepted currencies.
