#1631 – booking Confirmation emails

I use to receive booking confirmation emails when I processed the booking manually or a client made the booking on the website, but recently stop receiving these emails.

Its good that you are using your own SMTP, you can always track emails sent directly from your side because you are using your own SMTP. But It seems something has been changed regarding to your SMTP settings, I was trying to send a Test email from your Backend -> Settings -> Order email settings, system says couldn't sent. So, it must be something in SMTP settings, please check your SMTP configuration again and you can also check whether SMTP is configured properly or not by using the SEND TEST button.

Thank you for getting back to me,
I have spoken to the email provider they have checked the email account and confirmed that everything is working well, we have changed multiple SMTP Port and is still not working they said it looks like it's an internal issue with this software.

I noticed that there was an issue when I modified Custom Invoice number format.

Hi Emanuel,

We have tested using our SMTP settings for Demo company and it is working, I have received the test email sent by clicking SEND TEST button in Order email settings. These must be something on your SMTP settings, please check again.
