Hello,

Is it possible if I have not set a price for a route the system would not procceed as booking but ask for price instead?

Hi Zacharias,
you can set up the system to not show any prices by going to the back office > Dashboard > Settings > General price settings > Show prices: No and Save.
This way you will only receive the emails for Quote request which you will have to manually reply to and charge for the service you provide outside of the software.

Thank you for your reply but the problem is that I want to show some specific route prices so I can't disable prices at all. Is there any other solution?

Hi Zacharias,
at the moment it is not possible to have some vehicles display pricing and others not.
We may think about a way to allow cars to be 0 cost and the customer can request a Quote for that car instead of going through with the booking and checkout but this will require some custom development and we will have to charge a development fee for that.
At the moment we are quite busy restructuring the system to accommodate GDPR requirements as well as Google Maps API changes as well as some development commissioned by other clients and we may not be able to do custom development in the next couple of weeks.

Hi,
it will cost £190 to create the Quotation system instead of online booking that you will be able to control in Car management.
You will be receiving the email notification on Quote requests and will be able to negotiate the price directly with the client by replying to them via email.
For each car, you will be able to select Book online or Request a quote model.
