 Hi

We have had a view clients in the booking form process on step four not seeing this message (For security reasons please confirm that you would like to pay via PayPal by clicking here) image attached it looks like that if you have pushed the scroll bar down too far you will only see a blank page you will not see the message confirm payment, can this message be set up larger or Fixed and sticky.

Regards

Lawrence

Hi Lawrence,
the button to click and go to PayPal payment page is centred right in the middle of the frame. However, if your iFrame height is too large (over 1200px) or if the space of the booking form is too narrow and it's narrowed down because it's responsive (fluid design) then the middle of the screen can be further down in a computer landscape view.
Please check these 2 things and if you have a problem fixing them let us know by sending us a link to your own website booking form URL so we can take a closer look and give you an advice.

Kind regards.

Hi

The iFrame on the website is NOT larger than 1200px (see code below) and is not too narrow as it is full width so neither of those apply. Is it possible to have the message NOT be middle of the screen but closed to the bottom of the screen?

<iframe src="https://goo.gl/q5m4jy" width="100%" height="1000" frameborder="0" scrolling="auto"></iframe>

Hi Lawrence,
I have made a test booking and I saw PayPal redirection button perfectly within view on your page.
However, because there is a CSS effect on your website's body I can see how someone can scroll all the way to the bottom to view your footer menu completely and then the button will be hidden under your header menu items.
You can consult your web designer on how to overcome this problem.
We will also think of a reasonable solution but this is not entirely a problem of the booking form.

Kind regards.
