hi, i can't write the terms and conditions on settings-the terms and conditions...i only can choose if i want to use it.

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.
We have fixed the problem, now you should be able to add Terms and Conditions text in Backend -> Settings -> Terms & Conditions settings, please let us know if you still find any problem.
