 I payed my renewal but you have not updated the renewal and I can’t get in my account. Please update. Thanks

Hello,
The subscription has been renewed manually.
To prevent this happening in the future will be best if you cancel your subscription through your PayPal dashboard and resubscribe when you get the renewal notification next month. This has to be done once only and the autorenewal will kick in again.
