I am company admin and i cant change titles on points of inerest, even though i were able to do it last week.

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.
I can see the Google Maps API returns the following error message in the browser console.
Google Maps JavaScript API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error
The reason of this error is the Maps JavaScript API is not activated on your API project. You may need to enable the Maps JavaScript API under APIs in the Google Cloud Console.
You can make us ( taxibookingpro@gmail.com ) an Editor of your Google API project if you need any help from us.

Sorry for my question. But what does the MAP have to do with the title on the points of inerest? And why now? We have always been able to make changes to the title.

We actually want the map disabled because we dont use it in our booking process. And the monthly cost to google is too much

at the moment the back-end POI title input box is attached to Google Place autocomplete, so when the API is not working properly, the input box gets disabled by throwing an error message.
We can try to disable the autocomplete for your account, but then fetching the location coordinates automatically will not work.
Is everything else working fine on your booking form without Google Maps enabled?
How much are you paying for Google Maps API? They are supposed to give you $200 free credit every month and this is enough for around 2500 API calls. Are you exceeding this number? I am quite surprised that you do especially when you are using just Shuttle booking and there is very low call consumption especially now that the front-end map is hidden.
Please give us as many details as possible so we can help you effectively.

Hi, we have activated the Maps JavaScript API but it's still hidden on our booking system, we will monitor the cost for March, hopefully it will go down from the cuttent R4000 per month. No further assistance needed for now.

Ok, please keep us informed on how this goes and maybe reach out to Google to ask about the credit (it should be applied automatically but I'm not sure what your case is and this may be different from country to country).
