Hi! I noticed that confirmations of the booking are going straight to spam (im using gmail), that means that customers recieve them in spam folder as well.

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

email is definitely very delicate territory and can not be easily resolved.
We are using many of the best email delivery practices and we will look to implement even more.
Because of problems with email delivery we have added a separate SMTP option at back end > Dashboard > Order email settings > Enable SMTP: Yes, where you can use your own SMTP server if you believe that delivery rate will be higher.
If you ever receive emails in Spam from our system please mark them as Not Spam which in the long term improves delivery as well.
