#1463 – Waiting Time

I cant find the settings location where I can put in waiting times at/for multiple pickups.
Please can you let me know where it is?

Hi Nicholas,
you can add manual time after each booking at the back office > Dashboard > Settings > Base settings > Add time after each booking (minutes) (towards the bottom of the page).
You can also charge per minute for the whole journey (set that up in your Tariffs).
There are no multiple pickups on the system unless it's for Shared rides but there isn't any setting for wait time for Shared rides at the moment - please explain in more detail what you are trying to achieve so we can help you better if the answer is not in one of the above suggestions.

This is not what I am speaking about.
On the New Order process, there is a field for Stops (where an address can be put in) and a time at the stop (this is in a drop down).
So, I use this for multiple pickups and for route/ride planning purposes, I allow some time at each stop.
At present, my minimum time at a stop is 5 mins, but I would like to put in a shorter time so that the time planning is more accurate.
I have entered these times at stops somewhere in the past, but I cant find out where.
Hope this makes sense?

Hi Nicholas,
yes, you can set up waiting time for Stops but the smallest amount that you can set is 5 minutes.
You can access this feature at the back office > Dashboard > Settings > Map settings.

Hi Nicholas,
we might be able to add another option where you can choose the amount of time freely or add different times to the drop down but this will require some development and thorough check of the whole system.
We will have to charge a small development fee for that.
