's Hi there, I renewed my account, I noticed I'm charged more. I was paying $19.99. It's not linked on my websit route47transportation. can someone please get back to me regarding this, customers are getting impatient. down for almost 2 almost 3 weeks.

HI Eila,
the price change has been announced in advance. I can now see that you have an active subscription and everything is working.
There has been a request to change the main email to a different one and we were expecting a confirmation that you are the account holder.
L. Curtis Mildrew has contacted us verifying that the main account email can be changed and we will do that for you now.
You will have to log in with your new email as username from now on.
