Hi
In May 25th, the EU is introducing a new regulation - the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR. GDPR gives customers greater access to their personal information and control of how it is used.

Can you let me know please what country do DriveNot have there servers hold client information & are DriveNot compliant with this new european law.

Regards,

Lawrence

Hi Lawrence,
we are already working on the GDPR compliance and will soon publish some changes that this legislation requires.
You will need to have your own Privacy policy on your website as to how you keep, use and transfer personal data.
In regards to GDPR, we are classified as Operator and you are the Administrator of the personal data of your riders.
Our servers are all within EU and we don't use user's personal data for marketing purposes, regardless, we will publish our Privacy policy within the booking form so users are aware of how their personal information is handled and they will be notified that some of their data is stored on our servers.

Please take time to familiarise yourself with GDPR requirements and update your Privacy policy published on your website.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards.
