Hi Nicholas,
I see now, you are referring to back office > New order.
You don't have to select the fixed route, just type in the addresses or chose the POIs for Pick up and Drop off, if there is a Fixed fare route created that matches your selected journey the system will automatically show that.
Fixed fare routes take priority to address search if they exist.
