Is it possible for the map to show the points (point A and point B) when customers select from shuttle routes? I notice the map shows the points with fixed routes and address search but not shuttle routes.

Im not yet concerned with the message. Im referring to the map powered by google that shows the distance when a pick up and drop location is selected.

Google Maps API is not used in Shuttles and there are a few reasons for that:
* Google Maps only allows 8 stops along a route and Shuttles can be with unlimited stops.
* Distance and time calculations provided by Google Maps are irrelevant in Shuttles because each stop has a set time.
* Users will not be happy if they see one route on Google Maps and then the Shuttle makes a few stops and takes a different route than the one shown on the map.
* Shuttles can be used for island trips like ferry, boat etc. which Google Maps do not support.
These are just a few of the reasons Google Maps is not a good solution for Shuttle routes.

Noted with thanks. I will be using my shuttles between two locations so it would have been ideal for me. Based on the reasons you've provided i guess it is not possible to set up.
