We have been getting calls from customers thinking we have the wrong pick up date.
The Upcoming Orders Reminder email should be delivered the day before the scheduled pickup. It appears that the email is delivered about 6 hours earlier.
Example: Customer has an order scheduled for January 10th. The Upcoming Orders Reminder email should be delivered on January 9th. However, it is delivered on the evening of January 8th.
The email references "Orders for tomorrow" or "See you tomorrow". The customer thinks we are now coming on January 9th, and calls to confirm.
I'm guessing this is a timezone issue. Can this be resolved?
