#2122 – Please reactivate my account . I need to renew and pay my annual subscription.

 Please reactivate my account. I am trying to pay my annual subscription but unable . So sorry but I was out of station for 3 weeks .

Hi Xavier,
if you can send a ticket that means that you can log in.
All you have to do now is go to User Menu > My Subscription and click on the Renew button. Proceed with the payment and your booking form will reactivate on successful payment.

thanks for your reply .
When i tick the Captcha button , it gets stuck . Ive been on it for over half hour and it doesnt go beyond the Captcha stage , and it doesnt allow me to press the renew subscription button .

Kindly check at your end .

Im unable to check the zones which i created earliuer . Also some data / rates seem to have vanished from my profile .
