To add your DriveNot review snippet to your website you will need to log in to your account at DriveNot.com
If you have submitted the Application to join DriveNot mobile app through Dashboard > Settings > DriveNot network then your company has been automatically added to DriveNot.com and an account has been created for you. Auto generated password has been emailed to the admin email you have provided.
If for some reason you haven't received the password or you have forgotten it you can reset it here.
After you successfully log in click on User menu > My Company (top right corner Register button will become User menu after you log in).
Click on your company (or the one that you wish to see if you have multiple companies listed) and in Details view you will see a block called Widget code and Copy to clipboard button under it.
Click on Copy to clipboard button or select and Copy the code. Go to your website and paste the code in an HTML section of your choice.
Save and see the result at your website's front end.
Your review widget will be similar to this:

Customer information auto-fill saves a lot of time and hustle, especially when taking bookings over the phone.
You can get customer information easier from the built-in customer search tool.
Just go to the back office > Dashboard > Orders > New and click on the Select user icon next to the Name input field you will see a popup with all your customers.
In the search field in the top left corner type in the phone number and click on the Search icon.
Click on the name of the customer and their data will be auto-filled in the Order details.
Here you can search by name, email address or phone number.
You can also create a new user by clicking on the New button in the top right corner of the popup. Add a comment

You can block off complete dates from any car's availability.
Just go to the back office > Dashboard > Cars > Click on a car name to view it > Click on the Edit button > scroll all the way down and under the Availability table you will see an option: Blocked dates - Add new button. Click on Add new button and then on the calendar field under it to select the date you want to block from availability.
You can add multiple dates by clicking on Add new button and selecting a new date.
When you are done scroll all the way back again and click on the Save & Close button. Add a comment
Just go to the back office > Dashboard > Cars > Click on a car name to view it > Click on the Edit button > scroll all the way down and under the Availability table you will see an option: Blocked dates - Add new button. Click on Add new button and then on the calendar field under it to select the date you want to block from availability.
You can add multiple dates by clicking on Add new button and selecting a new date.
When you are done scroll all the way back again and click on the Save & Close button. Add a comment

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your PayPal account > Profile > Profile and Settings > My Money > My pre-approved payments > Update > Click on your subscription and you will see a Cancel link.
Cancellation will be effective from the next payment period.
We can not refund any payment if the payment period has already started but do contact us if you have any questions.
