I have set up my shuttle route and I have a car assigned as 'shuttle only'. Although, when testing out the booking form, I can't proceed to step 2 as it gets stuck on the loading screen saying that it is 'Loading Available Cars'

We have added a fix, now you should be able to see cars in 2nd step. But, the car price is showing as zero. I think you have to reconfigure your shuttle routes. Now, you have just one shuttle route, you should have separate routes, first one starting from Cairns Airport T2 - Domestic Terminal to Cairns Sheridan Hotel, Sheridan Stree, second one starting from Cairns Airport T2 - Domestic Terminal to Cairns Queens Court, Sheridan Street, third one starting from Cairns Airport T2 - Domestic Terminal to Cairns Sheridan Hotel, Sheridan Street and so on. You should have 12 separate routes in this way. Now, all are in just one parent route and sub-routes are not symmetrical at all. Also, I have noticed times are also not set properly. Please be very careful while configuring your backend.
