Our booking form is not working properly please see attached screenshot, all journeys are showing our minimum price for each service even though the journey is longer and price should be different.

Hi Mo,
I have noticed that you are still using the iFrame booking form on your website and this might be the reason for wrong pricing.
You will need to switch to the new method and integrate the "Book now" button on your website.
Modern browsers restrict more and more iFrame content and the booking form cannot function properly because of that.

To get the code of the "Book now" button just go to your back office > Dashboard > Get the code section and copy and paste the code of the button (after you customize it to fit your needs) the same way you did with your iFrame.
You can also use your booking form link to add it directly to menu items, links and buttons on any website and social media. Here you can read a bit more about button customization: https://booking.drivenot.com/en/knowledge-base/102-get-the-code

Don't forget to set your mobile app at the back office > Dashbaord > Mobile app
