This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

this question was NEVER answered, despite unlimited support advertised on your website.
Hi Axel,
This issue has been discussed multiple times and there are instructions at the back office.
You should use your own SMTP server settings to ensure better email delivery.
Email are always sent out by our server but sometimes the messages get blocked or delivered to spam folders.
If you look for SMTP instructions on our website you will see some help articles as well.
