#1282 – Email to client from booking

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

 Good day
When we go into a ticket and select the NO option (for client NOT to receive the email), they still get the email. So whether we choose no or yes , the client receive an email. Why is this?

Hi Linell,

Sorry for late reply. We have already added a improvement on this. Now if you set NO then the customer will not receive the notification mail.

Please check on your side and let us know if you have any problem.
