I am experiencing some difficulties with some of my clients who give up Using the booking form as soon as they need to click twice to activate the cookies, Lots of our clients are first-time users to the site and looking over our data they tend to give up after the first click.
Is there any way that we can switch off the cookie on the booking form?

Thank you
Emanuel

Hi Emanuel,
cookies are necessary for the booking form to operate.
However, no cookies message or activation will be shown anywhere but Safari browser on iPhone - this is their policy and there is nothing we can do about it.
According our tracking data only 2% of the users visit any booking form on iPhone browser and this is not an issue that puts them off.
We have made it so easy for iPhone users to activate their cookies via one click.
Besides, according to EU directive any user has to agree and accept cookies before using any website.
You can modify the message on iPhone to reflect EU law on cookies use via back office > Dashboard > Translations > English - click to Edit > look for the text via Search > Type in new text on the right and Save.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards.

I just Assumed as 90% of our clients are from the US I thought this was not Applicable to them.

Thank you
Emanuel
