 I was charges twice for 1 month subscription April. I was charged 04.04.2017 and 09.04.2017. Please check it.

Hi Max,
it is not possible that the system charges you twice.
The only way this could happen is if you manually subscribe twice for the same service. You don't have to manually pay for your subscription every month as the subscription is recurring and funds will be drawn from your PayPal account automatically.

Please go to your PayPal account and Cancel your duplicate subscription. Then let us know and we will refund the duplicate payment. I always pay manually. This time I did the same. And automatic payment charge me this time too. Ok, I will not pay manually any more. So refund me or renew the subscription next month, please.

Hi Max,
your duplicate subscription has been cancelled and a refund for it has been issued.
Please do not pay manually as this creates a new subscription. Just make sure that you have sufficient funds in your PayPal account and PayPal will take care of your subscription automatically every month.
