#598 – Time

 Hello! When I make a new order I can not set time of pick up from 02:00 till 03:00 am. System correct time, adding 1 hour automaticaly. For example, I want to set time of pick up at 02:15. When I examine my order, I see that pick up time is 03:15, not as I set up at 02:15. Front end and Back end the same.

I have just submitted a test order #58b80951c6dee on 30-03-2017 02:15, it is showing correct time at Backend Order details here, please check again and let us know.

Please, try to change time of pick up order 58b7bef0768b7 from 02:15 to 03:15

I was going to change the Pick up time for that order 58b7bef0768b7, but it is already changed to 03:15, would you please check again. If you change Pickup Time from Backend Order edit screen, our system tries to guess the Dropoff time, but pickup time should always be changed to your selected value, there is nothing automatic here.

Try to change 03:15 to 02:15. Pick up time.

What about my problem? I still cannot set time at 02:15. See order  58bd040b8a077.

Yes, we noticed that, its taking other times, but not showing 02:15, we are working to fix the issue, hope to find out a solution very soon.

Hi,

We have changed the pickup time to 02:15 and dropoff time has been adjusted to 02:49 automatically because the trip time is 34 mins. Invoice has been updated and you customer should receive confirmation email already.
