I want to set up specific times that my customers will choose from. However im not seeing where i can do this. in essence i want to link locations to specific pick up times. for example POI kingston and i want to set up a time for 7pm being the available time for that pick up. my business is structured around group travel so i want customers to book at my set specific times so i could group as per location and time. kindly see example of a similar concept from this link http://www.knutsfordexpress.com/

I couldn't test the example site you provided as it didn't seem to find any location I typed in.
However, what you are explaining is certainly possible with The Booking Form.
The service you have to use for each car is called Shuttle. You can read everything about Shuttle set up in the documentation here: https://booking.drivenot.com/en/documentation/36-shuttle-booking
Let us know if you have any more questions or need help sitting your system up by providing detailed explanation of at least one route that we would be able to set up for you.
Route should include: POIs where you would make your stops and what times, price of tickets between POIs, which car you would like to use as Shuttle or details about car eg. number of passengers, luggage, availability etc.
