 im unable to log in saying subscription expired. need this sorted now.

your subscription has been activated.
Please note that PayPal sometimes delays payment information back to our system and this may result in short periods of time where the subscription is not active - it doesn't happen often but we have heard sporadically from other clients about this issue as well.

It is best if you go for an annual subscription to ensure that you have no problems like this in the future. With the annual subscription, you will also save some money as the price goes down to £20.83 a month.

why dont you just take the monthly payment a couple of days earlier

We can not change early, this is controlled by PayPal and PayPal sends payment confirmation which makes the subscription active.
