#948 – Cartype 1 not showing in the results

hello,

had this problem on many occasions, I think the problem occurs randomly.

When booking a trip from Bangkok Airport to Bangkok ( or other destinations, randomly ), cartype 1 will not show up in the results.

Hi Axel,
a car will not show if it has been previously booked for overlapping Date/Time. You can see the order for cartype 1 in your booking calendar for 30-11-2017 18:00.

hello,

Thank you for your fast reply,

but we have many cars in the company that are all Cartype one types.

So if one cartype one is booked for a certain period, we have other cartypes one, that can be used for that same period.

How do I make that clear in the dashboard settings ?

Hi Axel,
you can turn off tracking for each car through the option Track availability: No - this will make this car always available.

Or you can crate several cars of the same type and with the same title, passenger, suitcase count and price (just use Duplicate button for existing cars and publish them).
Then go to Settings > General settings and scroll all the way down in Advance options.
Set Combine Cars by Type: Yes
Show number of same Car types will show/hide number of cars available for booking at the selected by customer period - this is optional.
This way you can still Track car availability but can have more than one car of the same type. This is also useful if you assign Drivers to Cars as every Driver can only be assigned to one car.
