#846 – Tariffs & Edit Car settings

If i change maximum amount of suitcases and passangers in Edit Car to 4 of each, it will always be displayed when booking even if the user selects 1 passanger & 0 suitcases. Why?

Another question is if i have fixed rate and Tariffs, which price is valid first? It should be fixed rate based on zones right? Or can this be setup? I have a fixed rate between two places = 690 Swedish SEK, but the price it suggests is 729 SEK. I need to understand why

You have set Maximum value of passengers to 4, that means this car will be displayed for passenger 1 to 4, same as suitcases.

If system can detect a Fixed fare route between 2 places, then Fixed rate will be considered. If you find any problem, please send us more details about the trip points (with screenshots if possible).

I have a hard time to add pictures, I will try to add it via my website so that you can see and come back to you.

But initial problem is when i have set amount passangers and baby seats (e.g. 2 passangers total),
Then i go to the next step and choose a vehicle (step 2 of 3), in that picture it will show maximum passangers and maximum suitcases (Is the function of showing vehicle that it shows maximum passangers and suitcases? or should it take information from step 1 (i.e. 2 passengers total)?).

In Step 2, that's the capacity of a car, so if it says 4 passengers, it means this car can afford 4 passengers maximum. You will see your selected passengers in Booking summary (3rd step).

OK. Can i add a text that explains that it is the capacity of the car? alternaly to hide these values for the user?

Hi Muhamed,
you can add the explanation in the Description in Car Edit screen. The Description will be visible when the customer mouse over the car name on Second step of the booking process.
