#830 – The map shows wrong way

The map shows wrong way, and when the price is calculated it becomes very expensive.
How can I reset the maps. The problem is present the last three days.
I attached a print screen from your map and from google maps with the right way. You can see the difference

Hi Marjan,
we use Google Maps API for distance and duration calculation and results in the booking form are exactly as they are returned from Google Maps API.
The difference between Live Google Map search and API Google Map search is that the Live results are considering traffic conditions at the moment and API results are using medial historic reports for all route possibilities and this is why you see that difference.
If there was roadworks on a specific route for some time and API calculated faster route using different way.
Unfortunately we can not influence that at all.
The only thing you can do is use Zones for those areas and set up Fixed fare routes so the price is always the same regardless of what route Google Maps API returns.
