#795 – Phone

I have a problem with the field "phone number" the customers enter the telephone number without the country code and impossible to join, is there a possibility to add a field for the country code?

The problem is not quite clear here, I was checking your Booking Form, I noticed France is automatically selected at Phone field at 3rd step, then I submitted a test order (#5981da013f3d9) on my name with a fake phone number, I found phone number is showing correctly with country code. Would you please check again and explain the problem in more details with screenshot (if possible).

Hi Unorina,

I added the clickatell application to display the country code, without the clickatell application the country code is not displayed by default.
It does not matter, I solved the problem.

On the other hand I have an URGENT problem, I do not receive as admin the emails of new orders when the customer chooses paypal or stripe.
The payment method cash works correctly and I receive the notification email.BUT NOT FOR PAYPAL AND STRIPE.

Urgent please. Thank you

You don't receive new order confirmation email as company admin for PayPal and Stripe orders, because Send Email for Pending Status is set to NO for both the payment methods, this means you don't want to send confirmation email for Pending/Waiting status orders, when payment is complete and order status is changed to Accepted, then you should get order emails.

Orders are accepted automatically, and always I receive the notification, just I have not received since 2 days. I did not change anything in the configuration.I put yes for pending status to see.

I followed your instructions but the problem persists.
I have not received notification of the last order: 59835c383c939.
Sometimes I receive notification and sometimes no, I do not understand why, and now I am not sure if customers receive a notification!
how to do?

Hi Mhamed,
the system always sends the email - there is no way that it chooses sporadically to send or not send emails. Sometimes emails end up in Spam/Junk folders because of email filtering done by the receiving server.
Please add no-reply@drivenot.com and no-reply-back@drivenot.com to the list of your trusted domains in your email client. Also please check your Spam/Junk folder and if you find any emails there mark them as not Spam/Junk.
Please let us know if you have found the emails in your Spam/Junk folder.
We will look around to see if there is any other cause for this as well.

No, there is not in the spam folder. On the other hand I receive now the emails of notifications. thanks anyway.
