#792 – Why are we shut down you owe us money

My system seems to be down last month you charged us three times. When we brought it to your attention you refunded one of those which means we still have an extra payment on record. Now our system seems shut down and we need it up ASAP

Hi there,
despite our multiple explanations that you need to have just one subscription which is recurring and is charged through PayPal automatically (we can not charge your account manually and we have never taken any additional payments because this is not possible at all, you were making additional manual payments yourself which have been refunded promptly) you kept on doing that and you have opened a PayPal dispute for one of your payments which we can not refund as it is held by PayPal until they conclude their investigation - it will be decided by them but most likely in our favor as you have stated this was Unauthorised transaction which is impossible with PayPal.

We would not take any action to reinstate your account - which you have already cancelled either manually or not paying your subscription due.

From here on you have two choices:
If you decide to go with our system sign up for Annual plan - you will not have the issue of recurring monthly payments which you prefer to make manually and it is currently impossible with our system.
Or look for a different provider with a different solution.

Operating your account manually on monthly basis is not only against our business model but also seems like inconvenient solution for all parties involved.
