#776 – No reply from Paypal

How long does Paypal take to validate and make payment after acceptance of an order. I accepted an order 4 hours ago and no data from Paypal. In the Backoffice> orders> 546464dfgd4564, there is no data returned by Paypal. The question I ask myself: is that the acceptance has been sent to Paypal. When I accept a second time, the system responds that the order has already been accepted.

PayPal will send Payment Transaction data when customer completes payment, if you accept an order, this does not mean that payment is complete, you will see that message "order has already been accepted." because you have already accepted the order. When a customer submits a new order using PayPal payment method, he will be redirected to payment page hosted by PayPal, there if he completes payment, PayPal will send Transaction details to our system and our system will update the order status to Accepted or Rejected based on transaction status.

My problem was that I had "Accept only verified buyers?" = Yes. This is not a very good idea as many Paypal buyers are not verified.
