#771 – E-Mail Order form

 The System stop to send me orders by E Mail

At backend PayPal payment method Configuration screen, you have set Send Email for Pending Status = NO, this means you don't want to send Pending Orders notification to customer. I just submitted a test order on my name Ronniee (#595a693a87c72), I did not received Pending order email, but when I have manually changed the status to Accepted from Backend Order details, I have received the Accepted Order email. So, actually your system is working as it was supposed to do, please check again and let us know if you find any problem or have any confusion.

I'm still got issue with orders Email, just got confirmation from PayPal about payment received and nothing from no-reply@drivenot.com or no-reply-back@drivenot.com
Maybe this is problem with my Emails, but they work before.

Now I got another Issue.
The client just call me and said: He Cant book online cose he order too soon???

About the order email, please check in Junk/Spam emails, also please tell us your email address so that we can check email logs.

About another issue, you have set Booking allowed after (hours) = 12 at Backend -> General settings, this means minimum pickup time must be 12 hours from current time, if not, user will see a warning message "Booking is too soon, please allow 12 hours before your time of Departure.".

Don't get it about hours>
if I put 0 what time client can book ride?
and if i put 12, this mean client cant book ride till 12 hours before pickup?

Also nothing in my junk or spam boxes

So, you should change email address or you should allow emails from booking.drivenot.com in your email settings.

If you put 12, this mean client can book ride only after 12 hours from current time. If you put 0, this means client can book on current time, but you should not set it 0, because you should need a minimum time to start your trip as a driver.
