Trying to change the logo at the header of the Order email in Edit Order Email Settings. Was able to clear the old one, but do not see how to replace. After choosing the correct image in the Library, there is no Submit Button. Only the URL. Tried to Copy/Paste URL with no success.

we have added an Insert button. By which you can add image URL.
Hope this will suits your need.
