Can we do also fix price

Amsterdam West to airport 45 euro
Amsterdam North to airport 35 euro
Amsterdam East to airport 25 euro
Amsterdam South to airport 65 euro

not an address to airport but of entire eastern neighborhood to airport fixed price.

of course you can set up Fixed fare prices.
You just need to set up Fixed fare routes.
If you go to My Company > Dashboard > Fixed fare routes > New, you can create your fixed fare routes between 2 Points of Interest eg. Amsterdam west to Airport and set fixed price for each car.

It is best if you create your Cars first in Dashboard > Cars so you can set Fixed rate fares for each car.

You can also set up Fixed fare routes via the Setup wizard when on step "Select the Business type that describes your primarily business activity the best." select "Fixed prices between 2 destinations (limo, airport transfer, mini cab)" and follow the steps on the screen.

Fixed fare routes will be available when you finish with the set up at Preview > Special offers tab.
