Hi,

Trying to book a ride 2 hours out and being told no vehicle available. Please advise ASAP.

Hi Tim,

We were checking your backend setup, you have 2 cars available from 04:00 daily and we could see 2 cars correctly if we choose any datetime after 04:00. FYI, system will always check next available car if no car is available on the selected date time. But, if system still can't find any next available car, it will show No vehicle warning message.

We could not replicate the problem on your Booking Form, please check again and let us know if you still find any problem.

Hi

My booking system is 5 hours off. When I go on site I should be able to book a ride
At 10am central time but your system thinks it's 3pm.

Hi Tim,
please check your Timezone settings at back office > Dashboard > Settings > Base settings.

You have to set the Timezone to your location.

Yes checked all setting and they are setup correctly for Chicago. The time was working fine and just
Changed over the last 36 hours so not sure what happened but can't get it back to the right time yet

The issue should be fixed, please check again on your side and let us know. I have submitted test orders on my name Ronniee, everything seems working as expected now.
