Hi,

There seems to be a major issue with customers being shown a blank page during the booking process. Is it possible for you to move the data lower on the page, like center it top to bottom, which is where it seems to be defaulting to display? I know it can not be told to go to a certain spot in the iframe but I think you can center the data as it is displayed. That way the customer would see it instead of seeing a blank page and not knowing they have to scroll to see it.

Not sure why you need a screen shot of a blank screen. The issue it that the iframe displays at the position it was in on the previous screen. So if I click "see price" and no car is available, for example, the content on the next screen is shorter and since It is on at the center of the iframe (top to bottom) all the content is above the display area. Therefor I see a blank screen and the user might think there is an error. In some cases the new content is just long enough to display only the "Back" bottom and that is more confusing because they then click on it and go back to the order page.

It there any way the display the content in the iframe centered top to bottom so when it goes to the next page the content will be seen. I am afraid that I am losing new customers because they dont know to scroll to find the display.

Please do something to correct this.

Hi Tim,
this is happening because you have published the booking form in a narrow content space - the space for the form should be at least 767px - below that the booking form will become mobile as it is fluidly responsive to adapt to all screens.
As you may already know iFramed content can not be altered via cross domain CSS rules so you will have to make the changes locally to your content container.

The best solution will be if you can make your page content wider or narrower. You can also make the iFrame height less, it is currently set to height="1000" in the integration code so maybe you test by making it 900 or 850.

We needed a screenshot to verify this conclusion. Please send us also your website URL when you submit a ticket so we can look at the live situation.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards.

The width is 1000 and if I make it shorter it puts a scroll inside the scroll and is confusing. I opened the form up in a new tab and still do not get to see the content of the page unless I scroll. Some people will not know to scroll and think something failed when they see the blank screen.

FYI The iframe length is 2200. As I said above any shorter and I get Scroll within scroll.

Hi Tim,
the height of the iFrame will determine where the content is published.
You can not expect to have a height of 2200px and everything to work normally. The booking form will always try to centre the information on user's screen so a 2200px iFrame will be centred in the content container you have provided. Even if we position the No availability message in the middle of the Form there will still be white space above and below it.
It is best to make the height between 900 and 1100 px.
There are other Design settings that you can use like add/remove Booking summary in Second step or you can change car display to grid or icons to save some space on second step which is with most height.

This problem is local to your website and we can not help you a lot with it as you have to make the design decisions.
You can send us a link to your website and temporary access to your site management platform in a PRIVATE ticket if you wish us to try some options for you.

Kind regards.

PS I submit this and get a blank screen. I click on "back" arrow and it comes back to the reply I typed. Trying again to see what happens.

Hi Tim,
we are aware of the blank page after Ticket reply submission (it only happens after reply to a ticket and not for submitting a new ticket). We are working to fix this.
Replies are successfully recorded and all you have to do is just refresh the page and you will see a message that your Ticket reply has been successfully added.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
Send us your website log in details in a Private ticket so we can take a look at the possibility of making the iFrame work better with your website.
Also please let us know what platform you use for your current website.

Kind regards.
