For some reason me and costumer too, don't have booking order in E Mail.
I got Upcoming order reminders, but no orders, need help to setup.

Already added no-reply@drivenot.com and no-reply-back@drivenot.com to your email's White list to ensure email delivery.

Spam clear too.

Hi Lemon taxi,
the emails have been sent out of our email server.
I looked at the email log and the emails have been blocked by your inbox. Here is what the error log says:
EMAILlemontaxi@yahoo.com
REASON554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons.

We are using SendGrid to send all email from generated by the system but we can not guarantee 100% delivery rate because of different email clients/servers.

Here is what SendGrid shared with us about Yahoo:
Yahoo no longer accepts messages where the From domain is a Yahoo mail domain, and the message originates from a non-approved Yahoo mail domain server/service. This is a security measure they have implemented to help reduce potential address spoofing of their mail domains.

What this means: You can no longer send with the From address set as anything from a Yahoo address when sending to a domain that checks DMARC before accepting mail.

What you can do: You will need to change the From address to a non-Yahoo address. We recommend using your own mail domain, or one you control that is legitimate. You can then set the Reply-To field to be the original Yahoo address that previously was used in the From field.

There are 2 possible solutions to this problem:
1. You can use your own SMTP settings via the SMTP section of the booking form: https://booking.drivenot.com/en/knowledge-base/49-how-to-change-sender-email-and-name-for-order-emails
2. We can look at the structure of the emails sent from your booking form and as Yahoo suggest to change
From address: no-reply@drivenot.com - instead of lemontaxi@yahoo.com
Reply-to: lemontaxi@yahoo.com
We can still use your company name: Lemon Taxi Service as From name, but the email has to be the same as the domain it has been sent from as described by Yahoo's policy.

Please let us know.
Kind regards.
