#654 – out of area error message, but using fixed pricing

I am trying to book a car from Gatwick to Banstead.

Both of these have been set in ZONES.

But when trying to book it says out of operational area, which they both are.

What do I need to change to make it accept zones so that it bypasses the error about being out of operation zone?

I want to keep it so that normal bookings need to be either a pickup or drop in the operational area, but zone to zone to work regardless of being in operational area.

Hi Imran,
If your Zones are out of your Area of operation and you have strict rules that Pick up and Drop off have to be in Area of operation then it is normal what you see.
You will have to increase your Area of operation to cover those Zones as well. It's easy to extend the Area of operation by dragging the outer border dots on the map.
