Hi,

I would like to be able to charge a customer if they are want to book a journey outside of our direct operational area, but charge a mileage rate from the operation area to the pickup.

Is this possible?

I have tried to do it via base settings, but the base coordinates are an exact location. not the whole of the operation area.

Hi Imran,
additional charge for "Dead mileage" can be set up via Base settings Base to Pick up and Drop off to Base calculation - this is useful to charge for the empty trip to/from a location.
It is currently not possible to set these charges from outer border of the Area of operation as calculations have to be between exact coordinates.
