For pricing I would like to charge a set fare between mileages.

For example :

A passenger would pay £5.00 from any mileage from 0.1 miles to 2.0 miles.

Or if the total mileage is anywhere between 2.1 to 3.0 miles the fare would be £7.50.

0.0 to 2.1 miles = £5.00
2.2 miles to 3.0 miles = £7.50
3.1 miles to 4.0 miles = £10.00

I do not wish to charge by each 0.1 of a mile, hope this makes sense!

Is it possible to do this, I couldn't work out how to do it?

you can set up the system to work as you want. You have to set the car to "Use as taxi: Yes", "Price per Mile override: Yes", "Distance Sectors Price setup: Non-cumulative", "Distance Sectors" > Add New button.
Distance From: 0
Distance To: 2.1
Price structure: Flat rate
Price: 5

Follow the same thing for the rest of your Distance sectors. Note that you have to start "Distance From" the "Distance to" of the previous sector.
eg.
Distance From: 2.1
Distance To: 3
Price structure: Flat rate
Price: 7.5

Distance From: 3
Distance to: 4
Price structure: Flat rate
Price: 10

I have tried to do as you suggested, I am sure I must be still doing something wrong!

When I check the price it comes up as £10 instead of £5, for a journey of 1.64 miles.

I have attached a picture of the settings, could you kindly let me know where I am going wrong.

Hi Imran,
As you can see from the Price calculation you have copied here, there is initial call charge of £5 - this is added to all trips regardless of their price.
You can remove Initial call charge at Dashboard - Settings - General Price Settings.
