#646 – Not receiving confirmation emails

Hi

Am i setup as Yes to “Receive System Emails” on your system as we are havin issues again.

Hi Lawrence,
all emails are being sent to you. Your system (email hosting server) continues to report emails sent by our SendGrid server as Spam and there is nothing more we can do as it is affected by your hosting server's reject rules.

I can see from our email logs that most of the messages are coming through and you are receiving them as expected but there are 6 messages that have been Blocked by your server.

You should contact your email hosting provider for advice and help with this situation - as I have said we are sending the emails from our side and now it's an issue of accepting the emails from your email server.

In order to troubleshoot this the email hosting provider has asked for the error logs. Can you please provide those?

Here is a sample reason for a Blocked message from your server:
