Could you guys please update your zones to make them accurate? When you type in a city such as Chicago, it includes some areas that aren't in Chicago at all and doesn't include some areas. This would cause an issue with some customers in those areas.

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

there is no system which we can get "correct" Zones from, this is an innovative system that we have created especially for our software and all Zones are community created (by our clients).
However, you can always Edit a Zone by clicking on the grey Edit button.
After you Save the Edit button will become green which means that this Zone with it's new borders has been copied for your company and is ready to be used for your setup.
