#550 – Booking form error messages

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

 The last issue I'm having is in the booking form. Customers keep getting error messages when typing in address. Some don't realise they can ignore the messages and carry on, so they end up calling to book instead. Screenshot attached.
There is full internet access when these errors appear.

Hi,

Those are not error messages, those are actually Debug message to show automatically detected Zones and Fixed Fares between Pickup and DropOff points. And, only company admin will see those debug message when he is logged in, so there is no chance that your general customers can see those debug message. And, we have already changed the presentation of those debug messages so there is no confusion for company admin.

I think the customer can see?
When my husband clicks book now on Facebook it goes to this link https://booking.drivenot.com/en/company/te-anau-transfers?tmpl=component
He gets the same messages.
I see they now appear in black which is better so hopefully that helps.
Is t there any progress on my other questions?

Hi there,
those messages can not be seen by the customer at all. Your husband must have been logged in with your user name and password to the booking form otherwise he would not see the messages.
If they bother you then you can turn them off through the back office > Dashboard > Settings > General Price settings > Price debug: No
