#524 – Extra stops

 I disabled the extra stops option on my booking form and now cant work out how to enable it again. Please help :)

You can enable Stops by going to back office > Dashboard > Settings > Map settings > Allow Stops: Yes

Thank you. Outs out possible to add a zero minute wait time? The minimum option is 5 minutes. If I am just dropping someone off and carrying on I won't need to charge wait time but will still want to calculate the total price including all stops.

Hi again,
it is unlikely that a stop takes less than 5 minutes even if you are just dropping off a customer. It is important to have the 5 mins option as this is added to the duration of the whole trip and makes the car unavailable for double bookings during that time.

If you don't charge for stops you can set "Charge per minute: 0" and nothing will be added to the total.

At a stop where you pull up and someone gets out it wouldn't take 1 minute. We charge $1 per minute wait time so don't want to charge people an extra 5 bucks. Is it not possible to be added to my booking form? Everything else seems so flexible and adaptable.

Hi again,
from what you are explaining seems like Drop offs at a stop in your business model will not be charged but Stops longer than 1 minute will be charged. Is that correct?

If yes, this is not possible at the moment and this feature will require some custom development which we will have to charge for separately. It will not be a lot but the charge is necessary so we can bump up this request in our long development road map.
