When i add a new car that would be the same type (Taxi) as previous added cars that have fixed fares assigned to them is it possible to duplicate the new car to the same fixed fares?? instead of i having to go through all the fixed fares again with the new car i'm adding.

unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.
When you create a new car you will have to go through the process of adding separate prices for it for each Fixed fare route.
Prices here are unique for each car.
