#418 – Client rating of service privided

 Hello,

Perhaps I signed up to have an email sent to my clients (after they payed for my service), including a link to rate the service provided. If so please let me know how I can undo that.

Hi Fredrik,
the rating and review website (DriveNot.com) and email requests come built into the system and have always been there. This is yet another way from our efforts to expose your business and bring you more customers.
It is not possible to turn of Review invitation email at the moment and it will only be sent to successful orders 24 hours after Drop off.

Why would you want to remove this feature from your set up?
Please let us know.

Hi,

All of us want good reviews to show of our services, I do to. I think its a very good option you should keep. But, it should be just that, an option.

Im sure I speak on behalf of all subscribers saying that we should be able to make our own decisions of how to run our businesses.

So you ask why I want to remove this feature from my set up...
Simply because my business philosophy is to make my clients experience as smooth and hassle free as possible. That include make sure they just get the e-mails that is absolutely essential for the service, no less no more.

Thank you again for your fast replies. I always recommend you as the best booking form out there. Having sad that, it does not mean you can not improve...:-)

Hi Fredrik,
review invitations can not be optional at the moment.
They are linked to the Free to use mobile app DriveNot.
If you would like to turn off Reviews then your company will not be bookable through the mobile app either.

Customers are interested in both negative and positive reviews and this is why the Review system has been created as 3rd party unbiased service that is not influenced by paying clients.

You will have to forfeit your listing on DriveNot mobile app to stop sending Review requests as well.

Hello,

I understand and appreciate an option of the third party review service. In my case Im ok not being listed on DriveNot mobile app. So please go ahead and cancel the e-mails with the review link.

this has been done for you.
Your customers will no longer receive Review invitation email and your company has been removed from DriveNot mobile app.
