FYI, at the frontend Booking Form, we have merged Address search and Fixed fare route, so you will not see any different option for Fixed fare route in Service Type list, instead there is just one option Address search and system will automatically detect whether journey points belong to any fixed fare route, if any route is detected, that price will apply, otherwise metered (Address search) price will apply. I have created a new test searchURL for a fixed fare route, its working good. Please check on your side and inform us if you find any problem.
