#410 – Disable Automatic Email for Clients/Drivers to Register

How do I disable clients/drivers from getting the email that invites them to register. The email subject says: Account Details for... and it provides a username and password to the emailer. I want to disable it.

Hi Paulette,
user account is automatically created on first booking and then all future bookings are added to that account even if the user is not logged in.
It is important that the users can log and view their past bookings online and download PDF confirmation. This is also required by law in some countries.

Why would you want to stop sending Account details to your users?
